I'm Fran, a yoga teacher specialising in 1 to 1 and small group yoga classes, and yoga for athletes.  I've been practicing yoga since 2008 and qualified as a teacher with Yogacampus in 2013.  Inspired by many yoga styles including Ashtanga and Sivananda, I teach a flowing, hatha yoga, which can be adapted to suit all levels from absolute beginners to more seasoned yogis.

I'm a firm believer that yoga is for everyone.  When I started I couldn't even touch my toes!  I've become what some would call flexible but it certainly doesn't come naturally to me.  

There is no such thing as being 'too stiff' for yoga.  An open mind and a willingness to try something new is all you need.

Pregnancy Yoga

Since February 2019 I am also able to offer specialist pregnancy yoga, having completed further training with Yoga Gro & AllWoman.  Yoga in pregnancy is a great way to stay active and healthy for you and your baby, using relaxation and breathing techniques with postures that are adapted for pregnancy.

Hypopressives

I am a UK Hypopressives Level 1  trainer and know first hand how it can improve and reverse symptoms of prolapse, abdominal separation, and other types of pelvic floor and core dysfunction.   I am passionate about helping other people who may benefit hugely from hypopressives.
